Article III: Human Rights

Section 1: Right to Life and Dignity

Section 2: Equality Before the Law

2.1 All citizens are equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection under the law, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

2.2 Discrimination in any form is prohibited and shall be punishable by law.

Section 3: Freedom of Speech and Expression

3.1 Every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression, including the freedom to hold opinions without interference.

Section 8: Civil and Political Rights

8.1 Every citizen has the right to participate in the cultural, social, and political life of the nation.

8.2 The government shall take appropriate measures to facilitate citizen participation in decision-making processes.

Section 9: Prohibition of Violence

9.1 Violence in any form, whether physical or psychological, against any citizen or group of citizens, is strictly prohibited and shall be punishable by law.

9.2 The government shall take appropriate measures to prevent violence and provide aid and rehabilitation to victims of violence.

Section 10: Prohibition of Hate Speech

10.1 Hate speech, defined as public speech that discriminates, stereotypes, harasses, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender, is prohibited.

10.2 Any restrictions on freedom of speech for the purposes of prohibiting hate speech must be clearly defined by law and deemed necessary for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others, public order, or national security.
